has either faded or has begun to chip or peel. Old paint or

powder coating is completely sand blasted off and weld points/joints are inspected for structural integrity and if

necessary some weld repair if minor is done. Next the metal
is sealed and the piece is powder coated using the original process. Re-strapping and re-slinging are installed.
